Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Orders will only ship the same day if they are placed before 10 am PST, Monday through Friday. If your order is placed after 10 am PST, it will be promptly shipped the next business day. Our current hours of operation are 9am PST to 5pm PST, Monday through Friday, with the exception of the following holidays: New Year’s Day - January 1st, Memorial Day - May 31st, Independence Day - July 4th, Thanksgiving Day - November 25th, Christmas Day - December 25th. Any order placed on Saturday's or Sunday's will be promptly shipped the following Monday.

PRODUCT IS DAMAGED 

We want to provide you with excellent customer service, so please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to hello@shotofjoy.com. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that time frame. We care about your experience. That's why our customer service is responding to every email as soon as it is possible. 

REFUND POLICY

Returns - due to health & safety reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any order.

Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.

We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility.
